The production process of Calcium chloride plant
- Preparation of calcium chloride solution
Hydrochloric acid and limestone should be reacted to produce calcium chloride solution.
- Evaporation and concentration
calcium chloride solution will be evaporated and concentrated through five effect cross flow forced circulation evaporation system.
- Granulation
The concentrated calcium chloride solution is pumped into spray gun of fluidized bed granulator in an atomized state. The feedstock material completes the process of evaporating and coating granulation under high temperature hot air. The calcium chloride particles in the fluidized bed are lifted by the bucket elevator to the drum screen for material screening, and the finished particles enter the drum cooler for cooling, and then are packaged; the fine particles will return to the granulator through the screw conveyor and proceed to granulate as a base material.
